HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!! yeah, JOSHUA KOK ZHEN QIANG turned 20 ytd. and so nice of sharon to plan a surprise for him. but it wasnt as smooth sailing as we thought it would be lar.

was suppose to meet sharon to get his cake (she bought oreo cheese cake!! haha, thats my favourite cake of all time.) but cos i had to work, i left her to fend for herself. haha, luckily she got dickson to go instead. den joshua booked out an hr earlier than expected, and i had to rush off from work. luckily my work were all done liao, and i took a cab down from yew tee to pasir ris. $21 sia. but its worth it. thats not all the problem sia. if u read the papers or saw the news, there was an accident on PIE towards Changi. and happily, sharon and dickson were caught in that bloody jam. all our plans were thrown out the window jus like that. =(

luckily i had saf and kim joo with me sia, otherwise i seriously dunnoe how to stall him at the bus stop and prevent him from going near White Sands lar. hehe, we wasted abt 1 hr plus at the bus stop jus talking (and poor kim was starving lar). worse was to follow ah, when sharon finally reached and we left for white sands, we couldnt find each other at all lor. WTH, she was with the whole bunch of dragon boaters and we still missed each other. in the end, i gave the lame excuse of 'i need to go to the toilet' so that saf can go and look for them. saf made contact and a plan was hatched for them to hide near mac. they were hiding behind a construction boarding lar and i got a shock when i saw them but still had to act like nothing. =P after all the trouble, josh finally saw them and birthday song for the birthday boy!!

i like to think he was surprised lar and i hope he was. but ah, i think it was damn bloody obvious lor. hehe, and to think there were 2 specialised programmers in the grp. i think nxt time we do such a thing, really need to plan well ahead sia. went to pasir ris park for dinner at this seaside restuarant called 'mid summer nite breeze'. wah, i like that place alot lar. first time there was with best they all and i liked the ambience and food pretty much so i suggested going there this time. spent the time there catching up with kim and saf, wah. kim really having it tough sia, but tahan awhile more and will be fine le. jia you!!!

called xiu hui on the way home and she said i sounded strange and my tone was abit harsh. i guess i was too darn tired ba, last 2 weeks been going back home at 8 plus after work and have to work on sat too. damn sian, but it'll be over soon. anyhow, apologies to her for that.

today, movie with saf (original plan was minds de, but it was shelved) but all the movies we wanted to watch were not available. SIAN!! in the end, we watched casino royale, dun really like james bond shows lar, but this turned out not bad although it was a tad too draggy for me. i liked the poker game part most sia. hahaha, a battle of wits and intellect.

den we saw who??? MISS OW!!! hahaha, she looks thinner now lar but she hasnt changed much. hope shes doing fine at zhonghua sia. mus get her out for dinner one of these days. if it werent for her, i think most of 4e6 would be in a mess right now sia. saf and me proceeded to cold storage so he could buy tidbits back to tekong and guess wad i bought? Teddy Bear Cookies, hahaha, i know its damn kiddy lar but its nice sia. saf also bought a new watch. G-Shock, and its damn zai sia. it was love at first sight for him lor. and for me too, but i jus got a new watch recently so it would have been a waste of money.

lastly, i hope i'll be able to relax a bit more after nxt week sia, after the LAB audit check. hadnt gone for soccer in 2 weeks liao lor, thanx to all the extra work i had to do. mus make sure i go for it nxt week!! and again HAPPY BIRTHDAY my dear fren. 13 yrs and more to come!!
