DEATH MAGNETIC is officially released ah. in case you wonder wad this weird name thing is. well, its MetallicA's new album after 5 yrs. well, first impressions..... TOO LOUD and TOO GOOD!!! definitely better than St Anger, like MetallicA of the old man, right after 1988's And Justice For All, not those crap from Black, Load or Reload. this IS the shit man. super power good ah... metal fans should get it and David Cook's first single is out too, called Light On. freaking nice but all the hype right now for me is MetallicA!! and hor, theres this band called Bullet for My Valentine, kinda good too, but if u dun like loud music den stay away hor, very loud, and they cite MetallicA as their influence. personally, i recommend Tears Don't Fall and Waking the Demon. very good!! abit of trivia, their original name was Six Pints of My GirlFriend's Blood. cool rite?? but kenna change cos too violent for the record label le.
F1's here too. wah kao, honestly, if i could afford it ah, i would have went ah. but cos the SAF only paid me peanuts then, well, i'll jus have to contend with sitting at home and watching it from the TV. so far, it looks great ah, first ever nite race, and well, the drivers seem to be having abit of problem with the track, so its a challenge for them to conquer. was looking at the qualifiers jus now. wah, its freaking exciting ah, who is and isnt gonna get pole. actually, F1 is all abt precision ah. not jus the drivers leh, the pit crews and enginneers too, when to come in for pit-stop, wad type of tyres to use and when to use. very impt wor, wrong strategy means slower speed. hopefully its a good race tml, and makes all the driver look forward to coming here every yr.
and this is a plea to Channel 5 ah, pls pls pls broadcast F1 in Singapore for as long as its here. if you only broadcast the first yr, den wads all this hype for? cannot catch further editions of it and cannot see all the changes that will be made for nxt yr's race. den no point le mah, jus cos its the first time ever as a nite race den u broadcast, will be very disappointing leh. so yep, pls pls pls continue broadcasting it ya. and Prison Break 4 is out, pls show it quickly or i'll jus have to rely on Tudou le. =P
im also starting a counting down now. its exactly 43 days to Beyond's Concert. only Paul and Yip Sai Wing coming ah, but dun care lar. its Beyond leh, rock supremo of HK. even their songs then are still being played today lor. thi sis how good they are ah. so pple, whoever wanna go, pls inform me ya, den we can go tog. Me, Best, Colin and Jaz are going, tix we getting is $168 but cos got PAssion card, we're paying $152. so, its kinda worth it from our perspective lor. BEYOND FOREVER!!! and the question now is, since Beyond is coming, when would MetallicA, Aerosmith and AC/DC come?? so wan them to come lar!!!
